Please read and study the article called The Original Electoral College Design which uses Article II of the Constitution and also Federalist 68 by Alexander Hamilton to help describe how this ingenious system worked to select a president for our country.

Please write an explanation of how the individuals called Electorsdef in Article II differed from the ones called Electorsdef in Article I. Describe how this method would give us the best presidents that we could find.
